小区停水，工作人员会挨家挨户上门送桶装水；自行车坏了，有人亲自上门帮忙修理；孩子生病了，工作人员会亲自开车送去附近的医院……业主们说，每当家乡的朋友有意向买海景房时，他们都会积极地跟朋友推荐金鼎的服务，他想让更多异地人在银滩能够享受到优质、贴心的服务。
“我们自己亲身体验是什么样，跟朋友说的就是什么样，不会夸大银滩的优点，也不会避讳这里的缺点。”高晓燕说，比起大城市的繁华，这里基础配套可能还有不完善的地方，但却一直在成长进步。

据了解，近几年来，乳山银滩完成了总投资50多亿元的基础设施建设工程，先后建成了总里程195公里的“五纵二十横”交通网络；铺设了130余公里污水管网，建成了2座日处理能力5万吨的污水处理厂和日处理能力500吨的污水处理站；为解决冬季供暖问题，建设了热电厂，铺设了全覆盖式供暖管网，对入住率低的居民楼采取电力供热、燃气供热、地源式供热等多种供热方式；实施了天然气置换工程，先期入住的4.5万户居民全部通上了天然气。
